At Aspect Hotel Park West we are proud to have been accredited with Fáilte Ireland Covid-19 Safety Charter, this means that all of our staff have completed training in preventing the spread of Covid 19.
The hygiene and safety of our guests and staff remains our top priority and we will continue to implement any new advice , while maintaining a comfortable experience for our guests.
With this in mind, we have reviewed the set-up of our meeting rooms to allow for adequate social distancing and safe service of refreshments. Over the past few weeks we have been removing the number of touch points within the meeting rooms as well as reordering the rooms and desks themselves. Our new room layouts have been tried and tested by our own team undergoing internal training programmes and about hygiene and guest and staff safety. We have also welcomed numerous companies to hold interviews, board meetings and training days. With our review of the meeting rooms along with our Stay Safe policy we have implemented some new protocols from the arrival at our hotel. Some of the additional protocols we now have in place include:
Arriving to Aspect Hotel Park West
- We request that attendees arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before their meeting starts.
- We have a hand sanitising station at the entrance to the hotel and clear directional signage to all meeting rooms.
- Your meeting room will have been sanitised with our unique Steri-7 bio misting system prior to your arrival
- All available equipment i.e. projectors, screens, pens, flipchart paper are either new or sanitised for your safety
- Our team will all be wearing face coverings and our reception is fitted with a protective screen.
Meeting Rooms
Furniture layouts can be adapted to your company’s requirements while maintaining social distancing guidelines.
- Lunch and refreshments will be served to each individual rather than sharing platters or queueing at a buffet.
With our new policies, procedures and conference room layouts in place, we are confident that future conferences and meetings at Aspect Hotel Park West will continue to run smoothly and safely for both our guests and staffs comfort.
