We have worked hard to create a menu with something for everyone made with the freshest ingredients possible. All Day Dining
Waking up in a four-star hotel in Dublin, what’s the first thing you look forward to? After you get out of the comfortable beds and enjoy a morning shower, you’ll be hungry for a delicious hotel breakfast. There is something special about a hotel breakfast, not least the fact that it’s handed to you, fully cooked with no cleaning up after! At Willow Restaurant in Aspect Hotel Park West, we have a wide selection of breakfast food to suit all appetites. You can enjoy a continental breakfast of fruit, cereal, bread, cold meats or a full Irish breakfast to set you up for the day. Add breakfast to your booking and start your day well.
If you’re working from our hotel or come back at lunchtime to freshen up after a day of exploring, you’ll need to refuel. We have a great lunch menu in Willow Bar & Restaurant. We have a selection of dine-in and take-away food options including hot meals, salads and sandwiches. We have great tea and coffee in case the cool Irish weather has taken hold and a selection of liquor coffees for an extra kick.
If you’re lucky enough to be dining in Willow Bar & Restaurant at dinnertime, you are in for a treat. Our diner menu has a great selection of traditional and international dishes, prepared in-house by our team of chefs. We are fortunate to have such a talented, creative diverse team in Aspect Hotel and this shows in our menu. Try our traditional fish and chips, bangers and mash or a delicious lamb shank. If you want something a little more exotic our homemade lasagne, roast teriyaki salmon or chicken tikka curry will hit the spot. Choose from a selection of sides including crisp fries, creamy mashed potato or delicious onion rings to compliment your meal.
After dinner, enjoy a dessert from our selection with enough to fill any sweet tooth. Our baked cheesecake is divine, our fondant is perfect for chocoholics and the star of the show is the homemade apple pie served with fresh cream or ice cream.
Every day, our chef prepares a very special dish that you won’t see on the menu. Our Chef’s Daily Special is available at dinnertime and can be requested from your server. We’ll be happy to explain the dish to you including any allergens so you can make an informed decision.
Time for Pizza
If you’ve never had a pizza from Willow Bar & Restaurant you’re in for a treat. Our pizza menu is ideal as a quick lunch treat, a casual dinner, or as a takeaway. We have 9” and 12” pizzas depending on how hungry you are. Each pizza is prepared freshly and cooked to order with our delicious selection of toppings and all of our pizzas include Italian Mozzarella Cheese and Fresh Tomato Sauce. You can dine in the restaurant or if you’d rather kick back in your room, we can box it up for you to enjoy at your leisure. If you would like to order a pizza for collection at the hotel front desk, you can order over the phone, and we’ll have it ready at your specified pick-up time. It’s ideal for lunchtime meetings, boardroom conferences, or as a delicious hot snack if your team are working late. Our selection of fresh, handmade pizzas are a popular choice for families.

If possible, give us a little notice so we can be sure to have fresh ingredients on hand so you don’t miss out. We have a delicious menu full of choices for children under twelve, including healthier food options you’ll find favourites like burgers, pasta, chicken goujons and chicken curry. There is something here for even the fussiest eaters. Our restaurant is accessible to those with additional needs.
