Here at Aspect Hotel Park West, a PREM Group property, we have been awarded Great Place to Work® Certification. This forms part of our participation in Failte Ireland’s Employer Excellence Programme. This recognition is a testament to the hotel’s commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive, and positive work environment for its employees.
Speaking about the achievement, our General Manager, Andrea Wallace said ‘ We are thrilled to announce that Aspect Hotel Parkwest has been officially accredited with the prestigious Great Place To Work certification. This is a fantastic achievement for our team and testament to their hard work and dedication.’
The certification process involved a rigorous evaluation of the hotel’s workplace culture, including an extensive survey of its employees. The survey asked employees about various aspects of their work experience, such as the level of trust they have in their leadership, benefits, and the overall level of support they receive from their colleagues.
In receiving the “Great Place to Work” certification, Aspect Hotel Park West has joined a select group of organizations that have demonstrated a commitment to creating a positive and fulfilling work environment for their employees. This certification is not only a recognition of PREM group’s efforts to date, but also a challenge to continue improving and providing the best possible work environment for its employees.
